Day Eighty One: Be Still
The word of the Lord came to me as I learned more about the riots in Philadelphia over the weekend that seemed to spread into the inner suburbs. Admittedly I was anxious at first, thinking that the governor may rethink reopening this area to a Yellow phase. It is scary to think that the National Guard has been called to quell the violence and destruction. It is also very disheartening to hear about the destruction of an over 200 year old church in downtown DC.
I know that many of us are upset at the current situation. It does seem that chaos has erupted all over the country. Some are wondering what the President will do, while others are hoping that this will push more people to run him out of office. This situation, as hard as it is to take, has been premeditated by the globalists. We've been in the globalist camp for so long that we really didn't realize until fairly recently that our identity was being stolen.
It is okay to get upset. Frankly I couldn't watch the video of that poor man being murdered by police. Yet my heart is breaking over the over-the-top reaction to it. The Lord clearly says, and I believe that this is an appropriate response to this situation, that you should "rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for him; fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass." Psalms 37:7(KJV) It may be hard right now. Some of you might want to do something. Yet what gain will you have by doing something that just may exasperate the situation? You won't gain anything.
I heard quite plainly that I should "be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth." Psalms 46:10 (KJV) I don't know what's going to happen over the next week or so. I know what the forces of darkness want to happen. Their marks are all over the riots and looting that has happened. They would like nothing better than for everyone to forget what is being revealed to the public about the Democrats' corruption and the Deep State.
I believe that this was meant to happen. We as a nation have gone so far astray that it will take some time to get us back to God. We can't, as we did back in 2001, go back to our grievous ways after that short revival. I do have a feeling that this will be the last time before the Great Tribulation that nations have the opportunity to turn back to God. I also believe that his people are being prepared right now to meet him in the air. It may be today, tomorrow or next week.
This burden to prepare is increasing day by day. I pray that those who are called will seek him while he may be found. The day is coming, and for many is already here, when he won't be found.
